About Dave Sharp:
Dave is a USSF National “A” licensed coach who moved to Rapid City from Phoenix, Arizona in 2010. In 2018 Dave spent time Germany where he went through the rigorous UEFA coaching course through a partnership between the DFB and US Soccer Europe. He completed the course and received his UEFA “C” license. Dave began working with the Rushmore Soccer Club shortly after settling into Rapid City. At that time he coached the U13 girls who were ranked as high as #50 nationally, #3 in the region, won two state championships and played in the most competitive tournaments against some of the highest ranked teams in the country. In Phoenix, Sharp worked as a professional coach and trainer for SC del Sol for over ten years. In those ten years SC del Sol developed into one of the most competitive clubs in the nation. His teams were invited into and played in the prestigious Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). He also coached in the Arizona Olympic Development Program for many years, taking the 93 boys and the 02 girls to the regional finals two times. During his tenure in Arizona, Sharp assisted many players who have gone on to play at all levels of college, regional and national teams.Dave grew up playing soccer in Seattle Washington and started coaching with Snohomish United and The Northwest Nationals.

In 2014 Coach Sharp was chosen as the US Youth Soccer Region II (14 state region) Girls Competitive Coach of the Year.

Dave was part of the group that developed the partnership between the two Rapid City Soccer Clubs and the Colorado Rapids. He has been the Director of Coaching for the Black Hills Rapids since 2017. He’s is married to Sarah Sharp and has three children, Abby 17, Aidan 14, and Ari 8.

About Andrew Conniff:
Andrew Conniff comes back to the Black Hills after spending a season as the Head Coach of Men's Soccer at Colorado Mesa University. CMU was 10-4-3 in the regular season, good for third in their conference. The Mavericks had three players selected as All-Region and two Academic All-Americans.

Prior to his time in Colorado, Conniff was the Head Coach of Men's Soccer at South Dakota Mines. In his first season at the helm the Hardrockers had their best ever season while breaking nearly every team and individual record. In the two years Conniff was head coach, the program had two All-Conference Selections and two Academic All-American selections.

Prior to his time in South Dakota, Conniff played with Wolves FC out of Brisbane, Australia. He served as a Director of Soccer Operations to the University of Central Arkansas Men's Soccer program. Conniff also spent a season playing in Leeds, England for Eccleshill United. He played collegiately at Benedictine University in the Chicago-area; in what is now the USL II with the Abbotsford Mariners in Vancouver, Canada; and with the Sockers FC u23's out of Chicago.

Conniff has his US Soccer 'C' License, a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma, a United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Diploma, an MA in Sport Law, and a BA in Communications.

About Rob Reagan:
Coach Rob has been with the Black Hills Rapids since the inaugural season in 2014. Before that he was a member of both RCYSL and Rushmore Soccer Club. Bringing 10+ years of experience coaching youth soccer in both the team and camp capacities. He holds the USSF national D license, Advanced National Diploma and Goalkeeping level 1 Diploma.

He had the pleasure of playing soccer for over 30 years at the High School, Club, ODP, Men’s Amateur and Collegiate levels. He has held positions as head coach for youth girls U9 - U14, Development Academy Boys and Girls, assisted with the SD School of Mines & Technology D II Men, and assisted with local high school programs. He also served on the Black Hills Rapids Board for 2 years.

About Jordan Kadlec:
Jordan served as the head men's soccer coach at the South Dakota School of Mines from 2014-2016. Prior to serving as the assistant coach at SD Mines in 2014, Kadlec had stints at Grand Junction Soccer Club in Colorado and the University of the Cumberlands (Williamsburg, Ky.). While in Grand Junction, Kadlec was the head coach for the Under-11 boys' and Under-14 girls' premier teams. At Cumberlands, Kadlec served as a graduate assistant and was responsible for recruiting, daily training of goalkeepers and monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes.

Kadlec has a strong playing background, graduating from Drake University (Des Moines, Iowa) in 2012 with a degree in finance. Kadlec spent five years a goalkeeper for the Bulldogs men's soccer program where he helped Drake reach the NCAA Div. 1 Tournament in 2008 and the NCAA Elite 8 in 2009.

In his final two years of collegiate competition, Kadlec earned accolades including: two-time Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) All-Tournament Team, two-time MVC Honorable Mention Team, three-time MVC Defensive Player of the Week and once was named the College Soccer News "National Goalkeeper of the Week."

About Kasha Roberts:
Kasha grew up in the Black Hills and played in the RCYSL and Rushmore Soccer Club programs. After High School, she went on to attend college at Dakota Wesleyan University. Roberts started all 4 years and helped the Tigers reach the NAIA National Tournament in 2009. Roberts holds the record for most goals in a career at DWU and also received 2 All-GPAC First Team honors and 1 All-GPAC Second team honor.

In 2013, Roberts spent the summer in Dayton, Ohio and played for the Dayton Dutch Lions Women's Team. The Lions are a part of the Women's Premier Soccer League.

Roberts began her coaching career as a volunteer coach for the Mitchell Recreational Program as well as for ODP. She served as a Graduate Assistant Coach at DWU for about 2 years and coached numerous years for Mitchell Soccer Associatoin prior to coming back to Rapid City.

Roberts has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Managment and Sports, Exercise, and Wellness. She also holds an MBA and is NSCA-CPT certified. She has a USC National Diploma, USC Goalkeeper 1 Diploma, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and Grassroots 4v4, 7v7, and 11v11 Licenses.

About Josh Mumm:
Josh started playing soccer at age 11 in Sturgis in the recreational program. He played his competitive soccer with The Black Hills Soccer Club in Spearfish and Rushmore Soccer Club in Rapid City. Josh was a member of the South Dakota ODP team from ages 14 to 16. He also played college soccer at National American University in Rapid City.

Josh started his coaching career at age 16 and has 20 plus years experience. Currently he holds a USSF National D license and a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma. Josh Mumm is South Dakota's 2017 Boys Competitive Coach of the Year.

About Amy Roe:
Amy has been with the Black Hills Rapids since their existence. She initially was an assistant coach for the u9 girls and the u12 boys. She was head coach for 2 years for the u11/12 girls and currently is head coach for the 2006 and 2007 girls. She has been coaching for 18 years and currently holds her US Soccer National “D” license. Coach Roe has coached for the Rushmore Soccer Club and RCYSL ranging from u6-u10 age ranges prior to coaching for the Rapids.

She also has extensive playing experience, playing high school for the Rushmore Soccer Club, RCYSL and South Dakota ODP. After high school, she went on to play collegiately at Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, IA. While there she was a 2 year captain, voted best defensive player and most valuable player.

Coach Roe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Briar Cliff College, a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University Sargent College. She is committed and enthusiastic about having her players achieve their goals both on and off the field.

Coaching Philosophy: I strive to enhance the soccer skills of my players, while developing their leadership skills, self-discipline and work ethic. A love for the game and respect for your teammates can make any group of young athletes reach their goals. I believe a positive attitude is everything!

Kelli Crouse has been coaching with the Rapids since 2013, both in the recreational and competitive programs.She was trained as a goalkeeper and also worked in operations for the University of Nebraska Athletic Department, including several seasons with the Husker Women's Soccer Program.

About Nikki Farrar:
Nikki Farrar is originally from Rapid City where she grew up on the soccer fields. Farrar started refereeing games when she was 14 and coached her first Peewee team at 15. When her kids were old enough to play, she was anxious to get back on the field.

Recently, Farrar has coached Rec teams, assisted with the Center of Excellence Program, and was the Assistant Coach for the U9 Girls Pre-Select team last year. She is excited to be back this year as the U10 Girls Pre-Select Assistant Coach. Her favorite part of coaching is watching the kids develop a love and understanding of the game.

Farrar currently has her Grassroots 4v4 and 9v9 Coaching Licenses and look forward to continuing to learn and develop as a coach.
